Playful 45-minute yoga for grown-ups and little ones (3+). Stretches, animal poses, breathing games.
A gentle Sunday-morning class designed for parents, carers and children aged 3 and up to move together. Expect animal poses, partner stretches, breathing games and a calm wind-down with a short story. No experience needed — children lead as much as the grown-ups. Brilliant way to start a lazy Sunday.
Priya is a children's yoga specialist and mum of two. She's been running family classes in Girton and Histon for six years.
